We provide special education services across the entire state of Louisiana, except for in Livingston Parish. 


A typical retainer ranges from 10 to 25 hours, depending on the complexity of your case.  


For new clients in the 2021-2022 school year, our attorney fee is $250.00 per hour.

Our goal is always to avoid a legal proceeding, if possible.  Getting your issues resolved through an IEP meeting is far less expensive than a due process proceeding.


A typical retainer for an IEP meeting ranges from 3 to 5 hours, depending on the complexity of your case.


For new clients in the 2021-2022 school year, our attorney fee is $250.00 per hour.   



Yes, we do charge for telephone time.  Charges for these services will be billed against your retainer at our established hourly rate.


Although we are able to provide most of our services remotely, occasionally we have to appear in-person for a meeting or hearing.  


We do charge for travel outside of Livingston Parish.  Charges for these services will billed against your retainer at a pre-determined rate, based on mileage.


In order to make services accessible to special education clients who could not otherwise afford our services, we will consider an installment plan or a sliding fee scale, where appropriate.  


These options can be discussed during the initial consultation.
