🌟 Celebrating a Win for Families Through Mediation! 🌟 SY 2024-2025

We are thrilled to share a significant milestone in our work at Hogan Law Firm! Recently, we had the privilege of helping a family reach an amicable resolution with their school district—without the need for a due process hearing.  Through thoughtful mediation, we were able to secure the necessary and appropriate educational supports for the student, ensuring a positive outcome for everyone involved.


Why Mediation? 

Mediation offers a collaborative approach to resolving disputes. It provides:

- Faster resolutions compared to drawn-out legal processes.
